Our wings are shaped with vacuum as fiberglass - HEREX sandwich, hitech carbon longeron inside. The joint for multi-part wings is accurately prepared. The elerons are fulfilled as elastic-flaps.

Our GFC & AFC fuselages are made in matrix with pressure inside, that's why they are light and strong. Model is painted in the moulds and have a shiny, resistant surface.

We use a new PVC material HEREX for the sandwich in wing and stabiliser. When in sandwich HEREX has the same strenght and rigid as RONACELL.

HEREX can stand moisture, unlike balsa, and can be glued to fiberglass much better. Such a sandwich can stand rather strong blows.

You can glue HEREX with cianoacrilat.


Matrixez

Using the CAD/CAM technology, we develop the optimized model and prepare matrix of aluminum alloy with CNC equipment.

This leads to the strict accuracy of model elements and extreme validity of the airfoils.


We use special technology for strengthened the spars in the models.To achieve most strength we prepare plates of carbon with special epoxi for spars. Carbon fibre is a micro pipe. That's why it is necessary to use special solvents for epoxi to saturate carbon fibre better. We make spars in the special molds by the temperature of 150C and for this purpose we use epoxis that are used in aero-space technologies. We create pressure to the carbon by screws and in addition silicon expands and create pressure of 30-50 Bar.(Pic.2)
Thus received plates we glue to the balsa of vertical direction with epoxi L-285. We wind around the longeron with the kevlar thread to improve reliability.
D-box and landing edges for Graphite and Impuls we make using the same technology.(Pic.1)
Thus we achieve maximum strength and rigid with minimum weight.
We make carbon pipe for the wing joiner than polish it with the sandpaper, glue into the longeron and wind around with the kevlar thread. (Pic.3)

One of the most unique features of the Graphite, Organic and Simply The Best are the wings. They are combination of technologies and building techniques that result in a very light and extremely rigid structure. To make the wings light and stiff the new technology with Kevlar-Carbon mix D-box is used.
The wing has a D-tube leading edge constructed from balsa ribs that are cap-stripped with carbon fiber. The leading edge is then sheeted with Kevlar/Carbonfiber cloth. The full depth spar is vertical balsa capped with CF top and bottom and Kevlar thread is wrapped around the whole spar structure. The carbon longerons of special quality provide super strength. The outer panels are connected to the inner panel with a removable CF wing joiner.
All plastic elements of the wing are made with high pressure and temperature of 150C. The wing  is covered with transparent Oracover. The accuracy of fit is perfect here as it is throughout the Graphite.
An original construction was applied for the flaps and ailerons. Spar of flaps and ailerons is a carbon pipe. We produce this pipe of a special carbon material with the 45 grades direction thread. When we glue ribs with carbon cap-strips to this pipe, we get extra rigid and strong flap or aileron. Hardly to believe but this flap or aileron is stronger and more rigid than moulded one. This pipe is also the axis of rotation of flaps. Thus we reduced weight and made the work of the flaps and ailerons most accurate. The flaps can rotate down 90 degrees, that make the brakes very efficient. Due to very accurate , without any slots, installation of the ailerons and flaps we achieved excellent airflow of the wings. The model flies with the high speed very quite without usual whistle.
We twisted the wing tip to improve the aerodynamic characteristics. Thus we reduce interference drag and increase angle of sall.
